Do your dentists speak my language?

Members of the clinic's staff speak fluent English, Italian and German language.

How do I know which treatment do I need?

After you submit the enquiry, we will ask you to e-mail us with a panoramic x-rays picture. An x-rays captures the entire mouth in a single image, including the teeth, upper and lower jaws, surrounding structures and tissues. It can reveal most of the dental problems and the dentist is able to make a detailed diagnose based on it. We will find for you the center in your city where you can have your x-rays done.

How do I organize my trip?

DentalGetaway will organize your dental holiday in Croatia for you. We will schedule your dental treatments, help you find the best flight option, organize your transport from and to the airport, book your accommodation and take care of you during the whole dental travel process.

How does the process work?

Step 1 –  You submit the enquiry to which we respond in 24 hours.

Step 2 – You are asked to provide us with a panoramic x-rays picture. With an x-rays the dentist is able to make an accurate diagnose of the situation and, based on that, the according treatment plan and the cost estimate.

Step 3 –  You will be given all relevant information explaining the treatment(s) and then have the opportunity to discuss this plan with our dentist(s). Once you have agreed upon the treatment prescribed and the cost estimate, you will be given your appointment times with the dentists.

Step 4 -   Once the schedule with the dentist is set, we make all the necessary arrangements for your travel and your stay.

When and how do I pay for the treatment and the travel?

The treatment and the travel arrangements are paid separately. The dental treatment is paid in cash at the clinic, after it is completed. The travel arrangements - accommodation, transfers, and leisure time activities that are booked in advance – are paid as follows:  

- 50% of the total cost is paid in advance, up to 25 days before arrival at the latest  - the remaining amount of the price is paid upon arrival

Client’s personal data and travel documents

When concluding a contract, the Client has to provide correct and valid personal data. Also, when asked by the agent, the Client has to provide personal documents necessary for the travel arrangements. The Agent shall inform the Client about all the passport, visa and other travel requirements. After that, it is entirely the Client’s responsibility to fulfil passport or VISA requirements. The Agent shall not be responsible for any delay or expense incurred as a result of the client’s improper travel documents. No liability of the Agent may be imposed for loss of or damage to travel documents.

How long shall I stay for?

The length of the stay depends on the treatment and it is determined after the dentist draws a treatment plan. An average stay is from 5-7 days. Some treatments require multiple visits.

How much money can I save?

You can save from 50% up to 70% on on the cost of the dental treatment. As an example, 4 implants without crowns in Croatia cost 3800 euros, while in Ireland they will cost 8.800 euros, in the UK 8.000 pounds, in Italy 7,200 euros.

What are the credentials of your dentists?

Our dentists hold professional credentials issued by both national and international accredited certification bodies and are valued members of medical and academic societies in Croatia and in Europe. Both are members of the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine.
